This is a casual blog revolving around making it easy to prepare healthy meals for the whole family. You’ll find quick recipes and ideas to satisfy even the most sensitive diets.
Having lived gluten free for the past 10 years I have experienced the challenges of figuring out how to do it in a healthy way. Many people living this lifestyle, are eliminating highly processed foods containing wheat and gluten, but inadvertantly replacing them with more highly processed foods without gluten. It has been an amazing journey, and one that is becoming easier every day to eliminate wheat and gluten from our diet. I do offer personal nutrition counselling if you feel you could use a boost to your daily routine. I love what I do, watching people change their lives when they pay attention to what they are eating.
